Bebe x-small ethereal strapless layered dress

Bebe x-small ethereal colorful strapless layered dress with asymmetrical skirt. Condition is excellent, like new (only tried on, never actually worn, however i lost the gold belt that came with it...it didn't match in my opinion and looks better without it, but it did come with one).
