Bebe silver sequin black ruffle dress size XS

Bebe high low dress. Silver sequin top and inside skirt. Black ruffle outer skirt. Outer skirt is removable! Two dresses in one! (Attached by buttons along the waist.) When skirt is removed, it looks like a mini peplum dress. This dress is a show stopper. I bought it on eBay a while ago, but never got around to wearing it. Dress is a true Bebe size XS, except in the top. Would be best for a C cup or small D. It's also quite long. I'm 5'6" and it's good when I wear 5" heels.
