Bebe light blue summer dress

Strapless dress, though it has interior hoops for straps to hook to. I got rid of them a while back as the dress was far more comfortable strapless. Built in shelf bra. Soft material with zero snags. Only worn a couple times and then lost the track of the dress through a move. Just found this pretty little number but need to make room for some new items in my closet.
