Bebe hi-low Gorgeous Summer Dress XS

I love this dress. I bought it for an event in Vegas and took the tags off to wear it there but it was too windy on the rooftop and I wound up not wearing it. I no longer have a need for it and it’s just been sitting in my closet. Hoping to give it a new home and a chance to be seen. Size XS. It has stretch to it and is soooo flowy and comfortable. (Just wouldnt recommend wearing if it’s super windy or you’ll be Marilyn Monroeing it lol)
