kmillares33 Can you put it on???? Sometimes small fits me but other times I need a medium??? Does it run small or large??? Im afraid to purchase and that it won’t fit me

glammed_up23 @kmillares33 Hi. I would say that this small fits someone who is up to a size 4. I wear a medium in Express tops and this Bebe top is extremely fitted on me (I have a large chest). Hope this helps.

randall1154 I saw this shirt on a different website, and they had it displayed on a mannequin hanging off one shoulder. It does look like it has a big collar/neckline so is this shirt able to hang off one shoulder if wanted?

glammed_up23 @randall1154 Hi. Yes it does wear off the shoulder as well. And the middle part is not as skinny as the first pic shows. I can upload different pictures later tonight when I’m home if that would help :)
