Bebe bodycon dress

Bebe bodycon fitted party dress. Size XS. Has a tear underneath left arm on the seam (pictured) which is fixable. There is also a loose string at the bottom (pictured). Color is a rose. I loved this dress, but I cannot fit it anymore.
