Bebe black dress for all occasions

This is such a perfect, classy dress! I bought it for $100 at Bebe! It has a slight loose string on the left breast but is not that noticeable! It is still in great condition and worn once to my high school winter formal! I love this dress! It is labeled as a size 4 but it truly runs small and I am usually a size 2 in dresses! I recommend for a size 2!
