Bebe black dress M

This is such a beautiful and sassy dress. It measures 33 1/2” long. The shiny metallic beads are hand sewn. The dress is lined and has a halter back with zipper closure. It is stretchy and is made of a heavy polyester. It is marked medium but I think it runs on the smaller side.
