Bebe Work or Cocktail Dress Size Small

Bebe cocktail or work dress size small. Worn once! Black and cream/white with a beautiful black/blue/cream design down the front. I’m between 5’3 - 5’4 and this hit me about mid thigh. Small pull in the front and some mini hang threads from the fabric design - please see images/video. Has a stretch fabric that makes it very comfortable. It’s a beautiful, classic dress!
