Bebe Ruffle front halter top

Great condition. Satin look with ruffles around the neck all the way down the front. Could be worn with pants or really dressed up with skirt. Size XS. Hook and eye closure up the front. Blush pink. Some wiring is showing at the bottom from the structure of the ruffles, but can be cut. Measurements shown in photos - there can be a little stretch in chest due to the back.
