Bebe Cocktail Dress - Black, XS

Cocktail dress with a lot of really cool details. Wore this a couple times and can attest it is as comfortable as it is beautiful. Cleopatra style neck collar that opens on the side in a “hidden” way. Look is seamless. Waist has a belt w same detail from the neck. Upper back is open w two thin straps that fall on your shoulder blades. Skirt has two different fabrics on the top layer and a bit of an underskirt w some volume. Tried to picture it w the photos. It’s a little wrinkled from being in a storage bag, but otherwise EUC.
