Bebe Blue Ribbed Bodycon dress

This slim fitting dress is tighttt! Sized Small, but my medium-ish frame fit in it. I would recommend it for more of a true size small, however. Very stretchy and a gorgeous blue color. Flattering open neckline. Made from 92% Nylon, 8% Spandex. Measurements --- Flat Lay Bust: 11" Flat Lay Waist: 11" Flat Lay Hips: 11" Seriously, it's a tube until you but it on. I got my 40" hips in it, jusssttt barely. Neckline to hem: 29.5"
