This is a brand new, unused Black off the shoulder, vintage/50s style Bebe dress. Price upon purchase 98. Side zip closure, dress has a little stretch. I purchased this almost a decade ago (probably longer, I'm dating myself here) thinking that I would wear it when I lost weight (ha). This is a good fit w/slight stretch at chest and waist.
