Bebe “Ottoman & Mesh Tubular” dress. High neck and long sleeves with mesh and polka dot detailing and cold shoulder cut outs. Bodice has horizontal stripe detailing with sweetheart neckline. Very stretchy material. Never worn, new with tags. Tag says S, but more like XS. Measurements are 11.5 inches across and 28 inches long. Very stretchy material. 92% Nylon, 8% Spandex.
