olivia1123 @rosatrujillo12 17.5” long, 15.5” wide at bottom, so 31” circumference at thighs, and 13.25” wide at waist, so 23.5” circumference of waist. Does that help?

olivia1123 Hips are just about 15” across, so 30” at hips. The skirt is also really stretchy, but made of a heavy fabric
