Beautifully patterned tunic/ blouse/ mini dress

Beautifully patterned tunic/ blouse/ mini dress with waist tie ...True to size at XS but could fit up to a medium based on bust size, I am a 34D and the bust is just fitted without being tight. I've worn this with a slip and heels as well as tucked into jeans with flip flops or booties :) gorgeous each way!
