Beautifully embellished Dark Maroon Wool & Hat with Tulle

This is a gorgeous, pre-owned ladies hat made of 100% wool! It has been embellished with matching tulle and a new, emerald green pin. All the stones are intact even though they cannot be seen in one of the pictures due to reflection. This hat measures 22.5" in circumference with a brim of 2.5". As well, the hat measures 12.25" side to side and 13" front to back. This item is in great condition but has no brand marking.
