Beautifully beaded and rhinestones a line pageant dress new with tags

Reposhing this item. Sparkling a line gown with sheer flowing skirt. The pictures do not do the top of this dress justice. It is sparkles all around with multiple shapes and sizes of beads and sequins to catch the light. It would be amazing on stage. The color is a mix between blue and green, and I would refer to it as like an aqua blue. This was also when we had planned to use this year for however it is too big for my daughter so we are looking to find a new home. I am the second owner however it appears to be and was sold as brand new. It still has the tags with additional beads/sequins pack and what looks to be a small straps that can be added. Questions?
