Beautifully Embellished Ms. Divine Church/Dress Hat

This a beautiful hat with gorgeous detail. For some reason, the previous owner put surgical tape on the inner band. I didn’t remove it, because it will be sticky. See pics and please take time to look at all of the hats in my collection.
