Beautiful Braided Bejeweled Belt! Vintage 80's-ish?

Braided/woven belt with pearly beads, metallic cord, and rhinestones. The off-white cord has some stretch. It has a hook closure. Unknown brand or maker, but I've seen one almost exactly like it online, so I don't think it is "homemade". But it might be a handmade boutique type item. 31" long. I'm not sure if this is 70s or 80s Excellent condition!
