Beautiful white pink and blue sweater possibly vintage handmade

This beautiful sweater is from my closet. I got it without tags but I think that it was handmade. The quality is amazing and it’s in very good condition. There is no real front or back side and no spot where tags were removed which is why I think it was handmade. I would say it is equivalent to a size large as it fits me comfortably.
