Beautiful water color shades of blue dress. Sz 14. Only worn once for Easter last year. This is a perfect spring or summer dress. I wore with a white sweater for Easter but it really is gorgeous all year round. Shoulder to hem measures 37 inches chest measures 20 inches. Shoulder strap width 2.5 inches. And of course the best part is it has pockets.
