Beautiful water color dress

Sometimes all you need is a pair of sandals to complete the outfit - that's the case with this dress. Worn once - no stains has a rip on the side but I fixed it with hand stitching - not noticeable because of the overlay. 34" in length - straps not adjustable. Cinched Empire waist inside with an overlay fabric all around the dress on top. Looks crop-top. Has pockets. 100% polyester. Runs small - tag says L but fits like Forever21 Medium
