This is Bebe circa 2005? It’s so pretty and soft with a slight stretch. The sleeves have buttons and the white trim is so crisp and lovely. It ties in the back with the two ties I tried to show in the photo. There is some pleating around the bust/neckline. This shirt is unlined and pretty thin. Excellent condition and only worn a few times.
