Beautiful vintage black velvet cape

Black velvet 1930’s cape Gathered fabric is around patted shoulders front to back Fully lined One large beautiful black 1 1/4” button On both bottom sizes is a 8 1/2” long decoration of sequins Very striking silhouette, I wore this cape with a long narrow black velvet gown or straight leg pants 19” long, 24” wide at the bottom, shoulders 18”, neck circumference 17” Size M, I think Some wear on the right side on the button hole, other than that in excellent condition. From a smoke free and dog loving home It was well kept and loved.
