Beautiful summer maxi dress with open, low back

Boutique maxi dress that is black at the top (super soft, stretchy) fabric and a pretty printed lace detail bottom that is navy and ivory. High waistline that is elastic for a good, comfortable stretch. Size small. Worn less than a handful of times. Lined down to about knee length. Pretty much an open and low back with small, delicate strings. One of which tore and is tied together. Barely noticeable if not up close and someone else may could have better luck sewing together.
