Beautiful strapless dress

100% cotton, dark blue with white flowers that has a slightly crinkled texture. Dark blue lining gives the flowers a grayish tone, so they aren't bright white. Dress has boning on each side of the bust with a slightly elastic edging at the top to help with structure. Natural waist and fit and flare style with back zipper and hook and eye closure. Only worn once, in great condition, from a smoke free home.
