Beautiful spinner ring

This ring is made from sterling silver, brass and copper. The brass and copper are rings over the silver piece and they spin around. Not sure what size this is but it is small. It fits my pinky finger but if you have slim fingers it may fit elsewhere. Interesting piece. The metals have a hammered appearance.
