Beautiful special occasion dress

New dress by Marina, purchased from Nordstrom. Size 6, color is cobalt blue. Beautiful dress, stunning on! Has sparkly sequins throughout to give a little shimmer. I purchased for a wedding but ended up wearing something else. Decided to keep this dress but have never had another event to wear to. Needs a new home!
