Beautiful soft tie side top blouse, petite x-small

This top by Apt 9 is a petite x-small. I normally wear a small not petite, but it fit me well. This fabric is SO soft and the colors are so pretty, worn only a couple of times, gathers at the neck, 3 buttons in the front and a tie sash on the side.
