Beautiful signed ART domed brooch

Beautiful gold plated domed shape brooch signed Art. Arthur Pepper started his company in 1950 and was in business until 1980. Jewelry was signed Art or Mode Art. This piece is circa 1960’s-1970’s. It is 1 5/8” in diameter and 5/8” high. It has a beautiful assortment of stones, light blue milk glass marquis shaped stones, green glass pear shaped rhinestones, round blue rhinestones and some greyish blue oval stones. The gold plating around the edge is textured, and I believe meant to represent a ribbon. It is in excellent vintage condition. Pin closure is secure, plating in excellent condition, all stones bright and shiny.
