aniteowl99 @rainbow_roads 21 from armpit to armpit. Style is not meant to be tight. I’m actually surprised it was 21! No material tag. Very very soft. Probably a blend with at least some Rayon. Tags were always so itchy!! It really is a beautiful dress.

aniteowl99 @rainbow_roads I will say true to size 12. The armpit to armpit measurement is a little deceiving. I was 38 c then and it fit great.
