Beautiful royal blue prom dress

This dress got so many compliments and has such a beautiful open back. I only wore it once but I bought it used from someone else so probably worn twice. In great condition, missing a couple jewels but not noticeable at all. I had it hemmed, taken in, and had some straps in the back shortened, fits a size 2. Has an adjustable halter strap. I am 5'3 and wore it with about three inch heels. Price is negotiable. Make an offer! :)
