Beautiful red vest by CJ Banks!

This is a brand new, with tags vest from CJ Banks. This is from a friend’s closet who was a smoker. The price of this item reflects this. I can wash the item prior to shipping but would require me to remove the tags from the garment. I can send the tags along with the item. Otherwise, it’s in brand new shape and has no flaws.
