Beautiful pinup style swing dress -polka dot

This dress is so stunning, but way too small for me! It is red with a polka dot inset. Looks to be 100% cotton with almost no stretch to it. I do not see any tears or stains, only flaw being that it says Medium, but I don’t think there is any way. More like small or possible extra small. See measurements - length 35” shoulder to hem, waist 13” laying flat, pit to pit 17” arm holes seem small to me approx 6 3/4” opening measures flat.
