Beautiful party dress from my sweet 16 dress!!

Dress only worn once. Paid over 600 for it only asking for 250. Cheap because ruffles on the bottom may need to be re-done. Other than that in fine condition. Fits sizes 2-4 I didn't get any alterations done to the dress when brought. Dress also has a mini train in the back. Willing to negotiate price. Recently dropped price
