Beautiful pair Jennie Augusta Brownscombe 'Berry Pickers' & 'Sunday Morning'

Beautiful pair of Jennie Brownscombe framed prints of 'The Berry Pickers' and 'Sunday Morning in Sleepy Hollow in excellent vintage condition! Compatible prints are framed and matted identically with a marron colored inner mat and a creamy off white outer mat, allowing the colored prints to take center stage. Both are signed and numbered label is attached to back of pictures. The ornate gold frames are highlighted in a verdis green and are surprisingly wonderful condition, with extremely minor signs of expected age, use and storage. Brownscombe (American 1850 – 1936), was dubbed “the Norman Rockwell of her era” -with these nostalgic and exceptionally detailed prints, both of which were reproduced by numerous magazines, calendar firms and publishers. Both are triple matted and framed behind glass The frame is wood with a gold colored finish. It is exquisite .The smaller size has made it really easy to hang in smaller areas and enjoy.
