Beautiful one size fits most dressy skirt

Perfect for dress up! A lovely shade of silver with black, or perhaps very deep chocolate brown details, there is a sort of a shimmer to the fabric as well! It seems like the type of dress that you could wear, and look fabulous and fancy, but still be pretty comfortable, because of the very stretchy elastic at the waist. I just washed it on cold and delicate in the machine and it came out Perfect, no problem! it says one size fits all, and I do think it would be great for a small, medium or large, probably extra-large as well, but might get tootight on double XL and maybe too big for an extra extra small? I will put measurements in the photos, and I was also able to stretch the waistband about 21 inches across (approximately 42 inches around). please note close a photo where you can see an example of a couple of teeny tiny threads that are sticking out, I don’t think they are unraveling. Maybe it was just not clipped off at time of manufacture?
