This is really a beautiful coat unfortunately, but fortunately, I never got to wear due to losing weight.
paid 189.00 for it at Macy's last year. No rips tears or stains except for on the end of the belt that was there when I purchased and never tried to clean it but seems like it would come out. Not really noticeable. This is XL but fits like 14/16 womens
