Beautiful off center button dress

100% cotton, very soft. I’m 5’3 hits just above my knees. Never wore and bought new. Such a fun unique dress!! It’s medium but fits small-med. med slate blue/turquoise. Color. It’s not see through when on but I showed a pic in front of window so you can see what material is like.
