Beautiful navy full button down dress

A cute and chic full button down dress. Only worn a few times. Detailed design and mesh/see through fabric around the sleeves and at the bottom. The dress hits just below the knee for someone around 5’4”. I would love to keep it but it’s a little too big for me in the shoulders!
