Beautiful navy Modcloth dress!!! ❤️

Beautiful women’s navy blue dress from ModCloth! This dress is 100% Cotton with eyelet detail around top, bottom and scattered throughout. High neck, button closure at back of neck, keyhole back, and it is lined. I am 5’3” and this dress hits me right at the kneecap. Worn only twice. It is too big for me now or I would keep it!!!
