This is SO comfortable! Very lightweight Banana Republic short sleeved top navy blue top. Softly ruffled on the sleeves and scooped neckline, smocked in the back neckline. Hits hip length, just worn a couple of times. Goes great with shorts or pants, just in time for summer!
