Beautiful navy blue prom dress!

Gorgeous navy blue dress! I only wore it once for prom. It still has a lot of life left in it. The belt sparkles in the light. The dress has an elastic band around the waist area. I did have the dress altered because it was really long in the back and I would have tripped on it. I’m about 5’1 and I wore heels that had a 4.7 inch heel. With the alterations, the dress just barely touched the floor. I’d say about an inch or less. Price IS negotiable. Feel free to ask any questions :)
