Beautiful maxi dress by Shelby & Palmer sz 6.

This dress is so beautiful and flowy. The bodice of the dress is navy blue and designed so it so it blouses out. the neckline has ruching and the back is draped with an inner piece that is more fitted with a zipper. The skirt of the dress has large flowers on it and is a nice lightweight flowy matwrial.
