Beautiful Maxi Dress! Gently worn Charlotte Russe blue and lavender printed maxi dress. Halter style with tie neck, elastic stretchy back. This dress has a lining underneath so it is not sheer at all. Under bust measures almost 14 inches and armpit to armpit measures about 15 inches. Very minor tear in neck strap, not noticeable when it’s tied!
