Beautiful in laid turquoise ring it’s only a size 4

Beautiful inlaid turquoise ring has a beautiful green color and is set in sterling silver. This is from the estate auction must’ve been custom-made because I don’t know anybody wears a 3 1/2 or four but it fit my pinky. This is a great quality ring. I don’t think you’d ever could damage this.
