@rkheft67 sorry for the delayed response! it has not been shrunk, as far as I know, but it is a small xs (17" pit to pit). I'm 5'3", and it fit me well, but I wouldn't have wanted it any shorter (18.5" shoulder to hem). hope that's helpful!
