ok I had to do some research on this bag. I found out that it is a textured leather. the handles are regular smooth leather. I hope that helps. Also I do not know how to give you the free shipping. I know that Poshmark spends 7.45 on the shipping flat. so I could accept instead of me paying shipping i could take a less offer
