Beautiful golden Katia party dress, Large

Great spaghetti strap party dress with ruching at the top, over skirt, and pretty sort of jabot design down the back. Bust area is padded on the inside. About 18"-19" across the bust, 16"-17" across at the waist - fabric is fairly stretchly. Spaghetti straps are adjustable, from the top of the bust area to the bottom of the dress, it is 29".
